In short
De F426 volgt de oude spoorlijn vanaf Ronse station in zuidelijke richting. Zo zal Ronse verbonden worden met Leuze via Frasnes-lez-Anvaing. In Wallonië zal deze fietssnelweg als Ravel gerealiseerd worden. De Provincie Oost-Vlaanderen en de stad Ronse zullen het Oost-Vlaamse segment realiseren en zo de connectie met de F421 vormen.
