Processing of Personal Data

The personal data that you provide via this website is processed by the 5 Flemish provinces and their intrinsic partners, in accordance with the provisions of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of 27 April 2016.

We only process personal data for the purpose for which they are collected and only for as long as this is necessary.

On our website, personal data is collected via the contact form, and sporadically via a form on a specific page (e.g. registering for an info session).

We request your name and e-mail address so that we can answer your question or confirm your registration. You can also provide a telephone number, but this is not mandatory. This may be useful if you are asking a very specific question that is easier to discuss by phone.

Your data will only be used to answer your question or to register and confirm your registration. Under no circumstances will your data be used for other applications. They are also not saved for any future use. The data will also be permanently removed from our database within a maximum of one year after receipt.
